Our major gathering is a fun run/walk around the Baylands Nature Preserve in Palo Alto every Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. We meet in the parking lot of the Baylands Athletic Center, located at the end of Geng Road, off of Embarcadero Road, east of Highway 101. When the Baylands Athletic Center is in use by another group, our alternate starting point is at the end of Faber Place, also off of Embarcadero Road.

After the run, join us at a local coffee house for everything that you normally do with a cup of coffee in hand.

There are also other weekly and monthly runs and walks at various Peninsula and South Bay locations. All fun runs/walks are non-competitive, free, and open to everyone.

Bol Park in Palo Alto (Mondays & Wednesdays, 12:00pm)

Meet at Bol Park in Palo Alto on Mondays, and on Wednesdays during non-daylight savings months, at 12:00 noon. There are several routes, starting along the Palo Alto/Los Altos bike path, ranging from 3 to 6 miles. Since this is most often a small group, it's best to call or text first (408-605-9555) to see who's running that day.

Angell Field, Stanford Track Workout (Tuesdays, 7am)
This workout takes place during winter months only, weather permitting. We meet in front of the Track House (Visitor Center) at 7:00am by the Cobb Track and Angell Field and run various workouts on the Stanford track.

Rancho San Antonio (Wednesdays, see TIDES newsletter for times)
This is an early evening run at Rancho Antonio County Park in Los Altos. It is only run during the daylight savings months of April through October. Circle-up is at 6:00 (6:30 during the summer months of June, July, August) in the parking lot and then we run from there. The park offers several trails, including the Mildcat Trail (4.5 miles), the Wildcat Trail (~5.5 miles), the 7.5 mile trail, and the Power Line trail (9.2 miles). The park map is available, showing all the trails.
